how do you guys cope with your break up phase

break up it's so.... exhausting 🥲 putus itu jd fase yg sangat melelahkan, menjenuhkan, dan merepotkan. bayangin aja, kita harus move dari dia dan dari diri kita waktu masih bareng dia. aku pribadi ga denial tentang perasaan sedih.... jd udh pasti bakal banyak nangis nya. tp habis itu perlahan aku bakal bikin goals baru. short-term and long-term. goals nya sebener nya ga perlu macem macem sih. kalau aku cukup yg sederhana sederhana aja, yg simple. bukan goals it's like a big achievement, no. tp ada sesuatu yg dituju

aku biasanya awal bakal nangisss terus ya emang susah buat tahap penerimaan setelah itu aku berusaha tetap tegar dan ikhlas untuk itu. aku biasanya lampiaskan buat belanja ini itu yeah biar luapin dan lebih suka mencari kegiatan alias sibukin diri aja

I cry, I cry a lot. I just sit back and mourn till my eyes hurt and I can weep no longer. The pain I feel is physical and not emotional. I give myself time and space to grieve, be patient with my emotional strength. Surround myself with people, situations, things, literature, and emotions that are good for my growth. Get a haircut or do something to refresh my look and start something I've been wanting to do but haven't had time to do yet. Basically, anything that gives me purpose and makes me smile and want to get out of bed.

Nangis sejadi-jadinya kalau merasa itu perlu, sampe lega. And make a deal with myself that tomorrow must be better than today. Kalau esok dirasa masih belum bisa untuk jalani hari kayak biasanya, then it's fine, dicoba terus sampai lu merasa terbiasa sama rasa sakitnya.
