An unhealthy but fairly delicious traditional cuisine. It's basically made up of rice and chicken but the rice is cooked in a slightly abnormal fashion.

It was a barbecue place, and they have a thing where they make their own potato chips topped with brisket, , sauce, etc. kinda like nachos but barbecue, would recommend

Yesterday, Korean BBQ. Today, eggs, salsa, pot of beans, Cotija cheese, and corn tortillas. Pretty common meal in the mother land. 💨

Some leftover tuna napolitana - it was....eh - tried turning it into a tuna pasta bake (cheesy top and reheat in the oven).

Made a ham sandwich with some chips and BBQ sauce. Nothing too exciting, but yesterday I had Chipotle and sushi on Friday night.
