Nope - at least in the UK. Fairly sure only like 5% of the population would care if women walked around topless whenever they want. And of that 5% it would people who are disgusted by their body and inject their self-imposed prudishness onto others or take offence on other peoples behalves (oh wont somebody think of the kids).

I've never met any woman who has actually cared about this.

I just hate seeing men with their beer bellies out on a hot day. Put it away, its gross.
