I mean it definitely exists, though it can be a detriment in that the person can become a target because of their appearance...the thing I personally see more than anything else is they (and others around) think I'm trying to fuck them just because I treat them with kindness, like not everything is rizz JFC anyway I feel like that assumption hurts what could be good relationships
We all believe subconsciously that pretty people are also better in most other features like e.g. intelligence, trustworthiness. Basically pretty people can lie to you more effectively than other people and they get jobs more easily and are promoted and advanced faster and/or higher than other people. Also they get better grades in school though their knowledge and education is average. It is a deep rooted behaviour maybe independent of culture. Inspect your own type of reaction when you meet with a person with bad breath and ugly teeth and exploded greasy hair telling you you must not throw away your plastic bottle. Now imagine a nice looking tidy and good smelling person doing that. Your inner workings will tell you that there is a bump to overcome but it is lower with the nicer prettier person.
