What’s the most complicated meal/dessert you’ve made ?
It has to be the raspberry, white chocolate cheesecake that my youngest always wants for her birthday.

maybe chili, or homemaking marinara sauce, or smoking/aging meats, though I guess you could say those are more time-consuming than 'complicated', often all-day affairs
