I started heating a pan to cook something, and I had to stop and clean the entire stove top because it looked like my dad committed a crime on top of it. And when I was done with that, I didn't want to cook anything.

I've typed "my dad" like three times on here today now, and I'm annoyed with myself. It's like, okay, we get it, you have a dad.

I wanted to go to a workshop to further my skills in teaching writing in español but my schedule is tight but in the mornings and afternoons. I was so excited about going that I didn’t think about the logistics of who was going to pick up my daughter from swim, who would take her to school and how I would get her to swim in the afternoon. I had to tell my principal last minute to not sign me up after all. :(
