Does Life get better when you learn to wish the best to others?

Yes. Life gets much better when we learn to forgive, when we learn to grow, and most importantly when we learn to be genuinely grateful, when we appreciate what we have now we can find lasting joy.

Someone far cleverer than me once said, “Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die.” I think that’s a pretty accurate statement.

I don't think the two particular work in tandem, but a good outlook on life does make it easier to get out of bed.

I've never seen such a connection, plenty of hateful vindictive mofos out there doing just fine 😕
