YES!

Meta Knight is really finicky about his wings and doesn't let other people touch them, unless maybe that person is Kirby. I imagine there are a good number of things he does with Kirby that he won't with anyone else, both due to their relationship, and due to them both being puffs. MK keeps his wings very tidy but maybe one day when he is sunning them outside Kirby starts trying to instinctually groom them for him. He has no idea what he's doing lol but he try.
He gets better from watching how MK does it to himself. The membranes of bat wings have little lipid deposits that get released when they are stretched out by pressing into them, and there is some oil glands in the muzzle than contributes to this so nuzzling his wings actually keeps them clean and waterproof! He also scratches them to get off any dead skin, and he carefully massages every joint. The whole process takes a while especially because MK is so diligent about it. Maybe it's not such a bad thing afterall that Kirby is helping.

I'm sure Sword and Blade have seen Meta Knight groom his wings a couple times (he normally only does it when he's alone). Each time they get really transfixed watching his regimen. He starts with a big stretch, then scratches them, massages the joints, rubs them, and finishes off by rubbing his cheeks all over them and doing some flappies now that they're feeling nice and fresh!

Fumu might observe this from a distance and wonder about it, but if she inquires then he'll just stare at her and slowly put his wings back without a word. If you interrupt his process he has to start all over! (at least in his mind) ᵃ ᶜᵉʳᵗᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ ᵃᵘᵗᶦˢᵐ ᵐᵒᵐᵉⁿᵗ

Dedede might just think he is fiddling with his wings because he is bored :P

I can also imagine MK perched somewhere up high in cappy town grooming his wings. Little does he know it's attracted the attention of some curious cappies who are like "huh, I wonder what he's doing?" and so when he finishes he looks down to just see a horde of them staring at him 😅
