How to get rid of heartache?
Dealing with heartache can be tough, but it's important to remember that it's a natural part of life. One thing you can do is to allow yourself time to grieve and process your emotions, which, led to some practices that have helped me cope. First, I find meditation to be a great way to calm my mind and release any negative emotions. I also like to journal my thoughts and feelings to gain clarity and reflect on my experiences.
