Have you ever started your own business? If not, would you like to?
No, but who knows if such an opportunity could arise in the future...
No and I don't think so
My father, his GF, and I started our own Bakery, it was exhausting but a fun experience. Unfortunately the business never took off and we lost more than we gained financially, but I don't regret it.
I've thought about it a lot. It'd be too big a leap though because I'd have no idea what I'm doing. Also I don't have the money. And I'd feel too bad firing anyone.
I think if I were to start a business it'd be in retail arbitrage. My friend actually does this for a living and makes pretty good money from it. Also sells an online course on how to get started, lookup "ecom Tom" on YouTube.
Don't think this counts, but I have some selling accounts on Amazon and eBay, when I had lots to sell I made close to £2000 in a year - don't really have anything left to sell now so I just sell my old games when I'm done with them (which is quite nice as it means that my games end up only costing me like £5). However, I do eventually want to be doing my own independent consultancy (in health and safety and operational compliance) for small businesses.
No, the things I would have joy to offer are not asked for, so I could not make a living.
