Have you ever set out to change/transform yourself physically? How did you do it or intend to do it?

Yes, I just made a deal with a Sea witch and I was like, "yo, I don't want to look like a straight up man" and she was like, "Oh, okay I gotcha, hold up" and now I look like a scarecrow horse with unblended eyeshadow

I worked out every day for a few months. I made a lot of progress and wish I hadn't stopped tbh

I'm the same like Zou because of carelessness. My home cooked meals are just too delicious

Hm, nothing but aiming at less Belgian beer consumption in order to reduce belly fat. It sort of worked. It did also need some care and effort to reduce the surgical scars, but nothing else so far with the exception of two teeth with white ceramic inlays instead of dark metallic ones.

Yes... I'm always there... Being fat since... Always. And I'm an emotional eater. So every hard time that I have to deal with..makes me eat compulsively. Depression, anxiety, stress... All lead to eat that way. So I gain weight.. Then when I feel better I start trying to lose weight and I do... But never get where I'd like to be... It's a constant battle with my relationship with food tbh

I lost 60 lbs starting the beginning of the quarantine. I did it by counting calories and going on long daily walks. Unfortunately, 30 of those lbs are back 😭 and I can’t make myself stop eating

I did lose some weight when I got sick, but I've managed to keep it off - other than that, there's not much more turd that can be polished
