My parents have Polish neighbours. The guy's mother makes truly wonderful cakes. I visited my parents yesterday. It was the guy's birthday. I was too late for all the barbecued sausage extravaganza, but not the cake! It had four layers and was filled with cream and all kinds of fruit. Truly delicious. I'll order one for next year.
