If it's a partner/boyfriend, i usually say "i love you" and then kiss. Since they always want to cuddle or want me to sleep in their arms after, i'd either put my hand on their chest and caress it until i fell asleep. Or wrap it onto their waist.

I like a cuddle to an extent but otherwise having a sweaty man wrapped around me is uncomfortable and honestly please, just get off at that point. There actually is a study that suggests men are more likely to cuddle post coitus than women. I have a hypothesis that this is to promote the bond with a woman in order to procreate, so that the woman doesn't go off with another man and so the man can continue procreating with others.
