Estella is kinda shallow, so usually its something regarding their fashion. If they have a recognizable style, if they utilize jewelry, etc.

Aside from that it'd be something regarding competition. If they are a trainer it'd be how many balls are on their belt if any. If they look like they're experienced. etc

Elio has years of being a socialite and a conversationalist under his belt; it stems from his siblings' perfectionist mentality. So, at a glance, he would notice various details about a person, which range extensively - depending on the individual. Typically, this means that he's a person that can "read the room", and act accordingly.

He does his best to be as subtle as possible when mentally picking up on details about people he just met as to not make them intentionally uncomfortable.

A little bit of everything. He usually sizes them up: looks, confidence, the way they treat others and gives a conclusive vibe check.

If the new person is a looker he might be caught up in their eyes for a moment though.

Dawn pays rather close attention to how people speak or choose their words, having been conned in her beginning years. Dusk, meanwhile, focuses largely on body language. Since his health went downhill for a time, he lost his reflexes, so keeps an eye peeled for sudden movement (and hence why he nolonger blinks).

Star maintains strong, unbreaking eye-contact. She believes people are duplicitous by nature; everyone has 'the mask they wear', and their true disposition when things are safe. Very rarely is anyone so straightforward. While not giving away everything, the eyes can point to clues she wants to know. (Like her father, Star doesn't blink either. She may/may not come off as far more intense than she actually is)

Nowadays, since most new people Odd meets tend to be customers, he pays attention to their order and how they intact with their shop

Odd stands by that you can learn a lot about someone through their preferred drink (what it is, why they order it, is it for here or to go, are they particular to how it's prepared, etc.), and since more often than not the shop displays various curiosities, more often than not there's one that catches a customer's eye (which helps Odd narrow down what kind of things spark their interest)

Ichigo tends to have the best perception out of them all. She's got a good talent for working out if they're worth pursuing as a potential client or employee, or if they're not worth the time. Lenea is a good example of one of the girls that she see's massive potential in, although her unwillingness to be tied down does mean less conventional methods have to be employed to secure her employment.

Linn also has a pretty good eye for strength, even magical powers are hard to hide from her due to her being a half-elf, her personality does a good job of hiding her knowledge of this however. Also the size of their junk-
