What's the most you would pay for clothes? Would you pay over 100 pounds for clothes?

The only time I'd pay over £100 for clothes would be for suits and coats. Generally I try to keep costs to a reasonable amount for clothes.

My ego is too small to put down a ton of money for clothing. Most new shirts I would buy are under $30.

I have, but only in the instance of a special occasion dress, outfit, or leather items such as jackets or shoes/boots. I rarely do that, though.

A suit, or a nice leather jacket, that's about it... I think the most I paid was a couple thousand for suit, some ties, and shoes

If I had to, I would. I don’t buy clothes often. When I do, I tend to splurge (single items for high prices) as I’m a believer in quality > quantity. I also want someone to be adequately paid for their labor, too.

I don't know how much a pound is in dollars. Though I think I would pay $100 for a shirt I really really like it. I sort of collect shirts, pants, shoes, hats, and sunglasses I like, and when I see one I like, I have to have it. I think I may have actually paid over $100 for shoes once, Nike, I'm not really sure. I have no idea what the most I would pay for clothes is. I guess it's somewhere around $200-$300 for a single item if it were cool enough.

I have a suit that actually was a bit more expensive, but I got a jacket and a pair of trousers. I've never had a single piece, be it a top or trousers or skirt or dress, that exceeded 100 pounds.

Around 25 moneys in pound sterling. If I spend more than that please slap me until I regain consciousness.
