What would you choose?
3 Weeks of extreme summer heat or 3 weeks of extreme cold temperature?

Umm... the later, as society is more likely to let you stay inside to try and stay warm rather than to sit in 'balls soup' in a sauna like office when it gets boiling hot :p

3 weeks of the cold. You can get warm in the cold, but it's so damn hard to get cool in the warmth.

i'd go with extreme cold, but ..3 weeks of it? that'd be too foreign to me, i might catch hypothermia & die ..so, extreme coldness it is

Assuming electric costs aren't a thing, the latter.

Colder weather makes it easier to sleep. Then again all of the above assumes you're not out in it excessively. Even so you can always put on more clothes, only so much you can take off.
