Yeah, I can lead you to defeat! But seriously, at work I'm kinda in charge of several projects but I'm not like a technical leader. I define tasks and assign it to my colleagues [and myself of course] but since we're a small team and all of us feel responsible about our tasks, I don't usually need to demand from my colleagues to do their tasks in time and stuff like that.

Maybe for a project or something, but I don't like taking on responsibilities and risks if I don't have to.

I don't normally put myself in that position, but if I fall into it, I can delegate. sometimes I let my top energy jump oUt

I don't think I'd feel comfortable with that role for long. But there are times in life when you have to become one
