Personally, probably medium graphics with 60fps. I'm not as interested in frame rate drops for higher graphics.

The delay time of my eye nerves have been measured and results show a somehow good above average time of 18 and 20 ms. That equals a maximum rate of visible frames of about 50 per second at best. So 60 is just overkill I guess.

Whatever will get me a steady framerate that doesn't visibly drop when there's lots of things going on.
