Probably Team Skull for Balei, she’d be an admin or like the original boss of them. Fausto is a difficult one but probably the newest ones Team Star!

In all honesty, Odd would probably go with Team Skull, most likely out of being able to relate to being an outcast of sorts, and finding their close knit-ness appealing (plus, he'd just like their aesthetic)

Wily would probably be on Team Plasma for the Tech + the Genesect connection.

Estella really doesn't share any ideologies with them lmao it'd probably just be Macro Cosmos due to family connections or Team Skull because she loves their drip and vibe

Aside from the Evil team I'm making, I definitely see Tyler joining Team Skull, his apathy to authority, the chaotic energy, and the ability to put on a deliquent persona on a dime makes him a perfect candidate! I can see him getting ballsy enough to square up to Guzma on multiple occasions as "training", it usually ends with Guzma winning most matches, but they're chill and chug soda while Plumeria scolds them while bandaging them up

Elio's Team Skull, easily.

...Though, to be fair, Team Skull is more of an annoyance than an "evil team". But I digress.

My love for Guzma and Team Skull aside, Elio's very first design was him as an Team Skull Admin - which was based on my in-game avatar from my Ultra Sun playthrough. Hell, both his color scheme and fashion choices are meant to emulate two of the many aspects that converted me into a full-on Team Skull stan. So despite all the changes he's undergone since then, Elio's affiliation with Team Skull (albeit temporarily) remains one of his many constants.

Hmmmmmm and alt team that vibes with Briar would be Team Galactic LOL I think she knows about Cyrus in the sense that he's a researcher but doesn't care much about his goals, buuuut I could see her vibing with his team lol
