Should Spain be called "Old Mexico"? They seem to share a lot of similarities, but Mexico is more famously known for them.

Only as a nickname.
I mean it kinda already is, the Spaniards came over with their culture and knocked up the local natives
.. or Old South and Middle America. That would be shorter than adding all the other countries with Spanish heritage. š
