Can the answer be in a positive gesture? When someone remembers about me in details when it’s the least I expect, that unexpected moment of care. They don’t say it, but their gestures convey that “I pay so much attention to you even when you don’t realize it” and/or “I remember you whenever I see this”. It might seem insignificant to others, but those little acts of kindness or care make a huge impact to me.

i’m not dealing with the differences in each person’s level of empathy and accountability to respect others, especially when betrayal comes from people we trust the most. it takes a significant lack of responsibility to not be honest with those who trust us. instead of dealing with the aftermath from forcing something beyond my control, how others should treat me, i detach myself from it. i let them be the way they are, whatever makes them sleep better, then.

Remember that day we start getting closer because I need someone to yap to me for some distractions, and she volunteered, babbling about fishes and stuffs. Besides being a certified yapper, she manages to bring laughter by her unexpected ideas in her mind. She’s a great listener and a good talker, I can tell it from the beginning that her primary way to express love towards the people she cherises, is by giving a lot of words of affirmation.
