Yesterday is #worldcancerday, have you made the change to be healthier than before?

I am! I'm paying attention to my daily sugar consumption lately. It's just a little step but I'm glad I did it!

Honestly, I have not. Because my sleep schedule is still messed up. However, I'm trying to manage it.

I actually don’t know about that one but I’ve been planning to do more workouts at home, eat healthier food, and do sports (tomorrow i’ll be playing badminton) 🏸 hehe thankyou bells for the infooo :D

Mama is a fighter right now, please pray for her. Well, our family have been trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle especially since the pandemic. But since her younger life she was also a healthy hardworking woman I ever know. We can't guarantee that we won't have this disease even though we live a healthy life. We never know what or how causes this disease.

Yep yep. I'm starting to workout on my body. I spend 20 minutes a day, at least. I'm trying to maintain my meal

Thank you for reminding me that yesterday was world cancer day. And yes i made a motto for this year, "live healthily and happily without worries" and i gradually change my habit to become more healthy. But the thing is i live under the same roof with an active smoker. I always forbid people to smokes near me but then one of my family member started smoking to the point i have to lock myself in my room to avoid the smoke. It suffocating me since i have an athma.
