Yes, I’ve experienced those moments when I suddenly feel down even though nothing specific has happened. When that happens, I try to be self-aware and acknowledge my emotions without judgment. I remind myself that it's okay to have off days and that emotions can fluctuate naturally. To deal with it, I usually engage in activities that bring me joy and help lift my spirits, such as listening to uplifting music, spending time with loved ones, or engaging in hobbies that I find fulfilling.

Ada, sebenernya banyak. Tapi yang bener-bener harus ada di listening queue minimal Wish You Were Here nya Avril Lavigne.

Sama, hari Jum’at juga. Gak ada alasan khusus sih cuma mungkin hari Jum’at kegiatan nya lebih sedikit dan Jum’at sore hitungan nya udah hari libur makanya aku suka hari Jum’at.
