Have you ever suddenly feeling blue when nothing actually happened? How do you deal with that?

Yes, almost all the time. Considering I'm a melancholic person. I don't have any particular way in dealing with it though, I just let it be. Embrace it. It'll go away eventually.

If I still have the energy, I would actually working on my feelings by writing it down on my journal. Tracking all of the things that I did at the time that probably will effect me that I didn't notice. And after all that, I'm doing some research about how to deal with those feelings and accept it. Accept that it is fine to feel that way sometime, as long as I will to work on it and not just give up and be sad all the time, it is okay to feel that way. That is just what I always tell myself every other day.

Biasanya aku tidur sih, Nala-chan.

Tidur... dengerin lagu yang genrenya alternative atau rock.. sama dengerin What Is Love-nya Twice.

Usually I always find out what the root of the feeling blue is. Setelah itu take my time as much as I need for dealing with that feeling: do things makes me happy. Such as watching, doing hobbies or even sleeping.

Yeah, I totally get what you mean! Sometimes, out of nowhere, I feel down even though nothing specific happened to trigger it. I usually give myself some space to acknowledge and accept my feelings. It's okay to feel blue sometimes, and it doesn't mean there's something wrong with me. Next, I like to do things that bring me joy or help me relax. For me, it could be listening to my favorite music, watching a funny show, or going for a walk in nature. Doing activities that I enjoy helps to distract my mind and shift my focus away from feeling down.

Yes, I’ve experienced those moments when I suddenly feel down even though nothing specific has happened. When that happens, I try to be self-aware and acknowledge my emotions without judgment. I remind myself that it's okay to have off days and that emotions can fluctuate naturally. To deal with it, I usually engage in activities that bring me joy and help lift my spirits, such as listening to uplifting music, spending time with loved ones, or engaging in hobbies that I find fulfilling.
