RE: St4y for Palestine feedback: the only thing I would note is to add dates to the information pics/twts/etc. Especially for a donation based event, where people get paid on certain days and may need to wait to donate, it was really difficult (actually I don't think I ever found it on the documents) to find when the event closed. That's my only suggestion! 💜

I believe the timeframes were mentioned casually in twts, like "this form will be open for 2 weeks" and things like that. The exact dates were in the forms, but I can see how that isn't the most accessible for people just looking at the thread.
It probably also didn't help that dates kept changing 😅
For the next event, we will make sure to have the dates solidified and on the graphics!

We should spam Felix’s sisters ig with demands that he speak up or donate to Palestine. That’s the closest way to him as there’s not a lot of stays to drown out the protests. She’s donated to Palestine and so she can tell him to fucking donate. Her ig is oliviajiminlee. Should also put pressure on chans sister Hannah as well since she’s independent and doesn’t have a company hovering over her shoulder.

Yes, depending on the item, the bonus prizes and the raffle prizes are basically the same! The bonus creators fill out the same form as the raffle creators did. They will outline what the item(s) they are donating look like, whether that be physical merch, an art commission, or a writing commission.
These outlines will be on a graphic just like the raffle item introductions. They will be posted 24 hours before the end of the donation period.

What if the bonus creator winner doesn’t like their item or the user giving it to them? I would be sad to give someone something and they hate it or they don’t like me
We completely understand this concern! However, we believe the way the bonus prizes are going to be assigned will minimize that.
After the donation period ends, we will look at the number of bonus prizes and contact that number of top donators. They will be sent a form where they can rank the prizes from the ones they want most to the least. They will be able to tell us any that they absolutely do not want to receive, and while we cannot guarantee everyone will get their top pick, they should get one that they are happy with.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out :)
A bonus creator functions on their end exactly the same as a regular creator: sign up with the form, donate an item (physical or commission-based), and once the event is over, give that item to your assigned winner.
Where the two roles differ is that creators signed up before the donation period started. Each item they donated has their own raffle that anyone can enter to win. Items from bonus creators will not have a raffle. Instead, they will be prizes given to the top donators of the raffles.
Details on how exactly they will be posted are still being ironed out, but they will be announced a little before the donation period ends (probably 24 hours before) and then their recipients will be mentioned in our winners thread.

hiii i just recently heard about your raffle with other creators for Palestine and i was wondering since i missed the window to join as a creator, would there be more opportunities in the future?
St4y With Palestine is the first donation-based event that this account is hosting, so we aren't sure if we will be doing more events like this in the future
However, if you still want to contribute to the event in a non-monetary way, you can become a bonus creator! More information will be at the link below, but a bonus creator offers their prizes directly to our top donators rather than through a raffle system
Right now, the donation amount to receive a bonus creator's prize is €100, but depending on future donations and the amount of bonus prizes offered, that number may go down (it will never be raised!)

Yes!
If it's the same person/account donating each time, the amounts will be added together. As long as you have different screenshots for each donation, feel free to donate as many times as you want!
(I would prefer you do not make 100 €1 donations, but if that's what works best for your financial situation, go for it!)

Will creators get to see a break down of the raffle entries?
That's a great question! The answer is: maybe?
We do want to have some statistics at the end, like prize with highest donation or most donations and things like that.
However, we may not share all the statistics. We probably won't post a breakdown of everyone's raffle entries because there will be raffles without entries. We don't want anyone feeling like their donations "didn't matter" because they do! All the creators who contributed made this event what it is and we appreciate every single one of them 🖤
So really, it will depend on the creator! If you want to know how your raffle went and we don't publicly share that, feel free to reach out! We won't hide the results or anything :)

To choose the prize you'd like to win, you first go through the item introduction thread. Then, once you know which ones you'd like the chance to win, you enter their raffles through the donation form. You choose which raffles you want to enter, so you choose which types of prizes you want the chance to win
The only time you don't get to choose would be in the general raffle. However, if you are chosen to win a prize through the general raffle, we will confirm that you want the prize you've won before announcing you as the winner (as long as you respond to DMs within the time period)

Thank you for your question! For reference, I am in central time so today is currently May 20
The creator form will be open for a week, closing on May 27. On May 29, the creator list will be posted and the donator form will open. This will be open for 2 weeks, closing on June 12. Then, the winners will be announced on June 14.
All of this is subject to change, though these dates are the goal 🖤

Hi, i was thinking that we could organize protests for the boys or the company to be floated with the same message at the same time..
For instance : a movement of mass requesting Hind's Hall by Macklemore at a certain time when they are active on Radiohead
they will not play it, but it could be disruptive and visible to them and the anti-boycotters won't even see it and won't be able to do anything about it
a protest should be disruptive
or other movements if people have any ideas
i know we can hurt the compagny financially by adding things to cart but not finalizing the purchase, we could maybe do that with the single ?
Hello! First, I just want to say I 100% support the boycott of the collab. I myself have not listened to or supported anything having to do with it.
Having said that, this account (St4y Community Events) is not currently planning on organizing any boycott events. Right now, we're focusing on our Palestine donation event (more details about that will come soon!) and getting that set up. If there are any accounts (including yourself) that are organizing a boycott event like this for nsfw stays, then we will support that! I know that there have been mass boycott movements like the levanter recomeback, so be sure to check that out too
