make a list about things you want to do, plan a vacation (either that you can go or can’t just plan it to satisfy yourself) take a walk and pay attention to things around you! take a look on green things, take a photos about anything good and treat yourself with delicious foods! 🎀

tiap orang punya cara yang beda-beda as for me, i need to give signals to myself WHEN to start doing things. hal kayak gini tuh bikin aku punya tujuan “oh habis ini mau ngelakuin ini” jadinya semangatku 📈📈📈

kamu punya role model gitu gak? coba liat dia, apa yang dia lakuin selama ini, terus coba lakuin hobi kamu. i can't help you much, cuz i don't have any motivation either atm. however, semangaaat aldeeeen!! <3

Olahraga atau work out bisa mendorong rasa semangat. Atau minimal berjemur di bawah matahari pagi jam 8-10.

Bangun pagi, mandi pagi, sarapan, and then do anything you like to keep your good mood. Talking to your loved ones also can make your day.
