Uh.. 1) If they seemed to have someone in mind; 2) If they publicly said they are not into commitment; 3) If I feel like I don’t in the best state :]

If the person has someone they like already (or they suddenly have), if they are uncomfortable with the idea of having someone who has a crush on them, and if I do not have enough capability to do it (having a crush on them).
