how to have more time?

Find something incredibly mundane, that feels like it goes on forever, and makes you check the clock every hour only to find 5 minutes has passed.

I heard exercising increases the amount of time in the day where you have energy to do stuff, but iirc you do that already

you can't really have more time since there's only one second each second, unless you time travel or something. what you can do is use your time and energy differently so that you get more time for whatever you are trying to carve out time for, or so that you use that time more efficiently. for example, a simple trick could be to prepare as much as possible for your breakfast or pick out the clothes you want to wear in the evening, so that when you wake up you have less decisions to make and spend less time getting ready and then you can do whatever more quickly.
