i don't really wear any accessories but i put my hair tie on my forearm in the rare situation when i don't have it in my hair (it's big enough to fit) - it probably counts as an accessory when i have it in my hair anyway?
I used to wear a watch but kept breaking the straps so I stopped. I just have my glasses now. I would rather have glasses than contacts or do laser surgery because they distract from some details of my face, since I don't like my face.
