I think for OCs like Norrie, Génesis, and Mariaite...super easy!! They like hearing what goes on in ppls lives!!

I do have some OCs like Teresa and Odin who aren't really open to letting more people in their hearts tho =(

Jin is very friendly and generally has an easy time getting along with new people.
Mary is a slightly odd case. Put her in front of a crowd and she's charismatic and full of energy...but one on one with a stranger and she'll trip over her own words sometimes from nervousness.

Elio has a naturally charismatic air about him that easily pairs well with his generally friendly, generous, optimistic, and brotherly nature - so he makes friends very easily, and at times - quickly. He's someone you can depend on in most situations, even at times when it's out of his depth; in which case, he's there for moral support.

While not exactly chatty, due to his affluent background - coming from one of the most powerful families in all of Unova, his upbringing was slightly strict in some aspects, and as I explained in another ask, due to his family being self-imposed perfectionists, he's mastered a variety of skills which that fall into a multitude of areas. So being an expert conversationalist is something to be expected of him. In short, he can definitely hold a conversation and show a keen sense of interest in respect to the other party.

Dory, Visi, Ilex, Pepper, and Holland all have trouble making friends and keep to themselves usually, but Ilex does try and Holland is a little more out going.

Charlie isn’t really interested in humans friends that much but he easily talks to people.

And Labi’s Charisma is at max and she is very easy to befriend.

Grim literally has no real idea of how to be sociable, the few friendships he has made in his 23 years of life are because they started the conversation or because Grim could relate to something about them. He struggles a lot socializing, so he usually keeps to himself

keep to themselves out of shyness but due to what they do, they talk to people. leading an army without words would be hard. he has a few friends and it has led him to come out of his shell. but he still sucks at conversations due to radically different backgrounds the people of his army have compared to his own

Kingston: Not. Easily. Maybe he can pretend to be somoene's friend like :'D just to make connections bc of his job but its rare for Kingston to connect to people because ~~he is an asshole~~ he doesn't feel the need to be overly friendly if it doesn't benefit him. ( at least in the story he's in, for friend interactions I'm more willing to relax it a bit askjfd)

Ruth: She really would try to make friends but being isolated for a large chunk of her life and having v little contact with peers her age means she's not the best at understanding... current trends/memes and other stuff people can relate to easily so she feels a bit alienated when someone makes a reference she doesn't understand.

Lionel is on the quieter side in his personal life, but he's pretty down to earth, so he's popular among those who know him.

Estella is a bit too abrasive to easily befriend people on a consistent basis, but she's very grateful for those that put up with her

Lex has a lot of shallow friends for his image and much smaller group of actual friends.

Heather is the social genius of the group with a massive number of friends and acquaintances.

Shayla tends to have small groups of friends based around a common interest. Battling, exercise, hiking, etc.
