Hi! Kalian biasanya kalau lagi banyak pikiran gimana cara kalian buat gak memikirkan hal yang sama?

i always look for distraction, be it a person to talk to or a task to do. but the very first thing i need to be clear with whatever is on my mind, it must be something real that i can’t stop thinking so i need to treat it gently. ibarat kayak ngasih closure ke diri sendiri (internal), habis itu baru beranjak cari solusi (eksternal).. know that everything is temporary, you’ll find yourself getting over it 🤍

kalau lagi banyak pikiran banget biasanya aku bakal tidur... atau ngga bakalan me time sih, intinya ngelakuin apapun biar ngga kepikiran :D
