I hope it's not too strange to hear, but we found ourselves talking about you; hoping you were doing alright. I know we're not mutuals or anything, but after reading your recent thread about the painful dreams and thoughts that your move has brought up, I felt like I should say something. Of course I don't know your whole situation, but I can empathize with a lot of what I read earlier. do you have any sort of artist statement/themes you seek to convey through your art? i remember reading something along the lines of it at some point, but i dont think it was quite as directed so i wanted to ask you point blank. i think we're quite different but nonetheless im very intrigued by your artistic vision i think. maybe im reading into it too far i'm not sure hahaha.
artist statement,,,mmm, ill try to answer to the best of my ability.
i want to take control of a part of my childhood that is difficult to talk about. i want to talk about it, visually, and create a safe haven for victims who have been shamed and marginalized for not being “the perfect victim”. i want to connect too, with this pain i dont know where else to put, and transform it into something softer, something impossible. i want to express my strange feelings and memories in hopes that others can see that theyre not alone in their strange feelings and memories.
my personhood is something ive only recently discovered, and with that, comes the art that i make now. for a long time i felt like i was only alive for the sake of pleasuring others, and it is difficult to break from this sense, even now. striking my own opinions through my words and my art is something new to me, so i apologize if this doesnt make much sense or isnt the answer you were looking for.
im happy we get to be different and i hope we can respect those differences.

hello! hello! thank you for writing in! mmm ei. i desperately want scara and ei to meet and for the scene to be very difficult and tumultuous for the both of them. resolution is not something that is in their stars, but i think in showing that struggle, there is peace to be found. i would also love scara to show his vitriol, his resentment, and also his profound melancholy of being abandoned. its something he's only recently started to bridge after multiple lifetimes of distrust, and i would enjoy to see him struggling with accepting that with his mother. i dont see a peaceful resolution haha! but it's a story that is unique to them and i would love love love to experience it!

do you have a discord by chance? or can you recommend one. ik you prob dont wanna post anything publicly due to harassment but i just find it hard to get into a community within the same headspace only on twitter lol
i have a discord though i do not have my own server if thats what you mean. i am very inclined against starting one too, to be frank ^^; i typically prefer chatting one on one and find it hard to juggle conversations in a group without getting overwhelmed 😵💫 i find myself wanting to stand back and let others take the floor and end up not coming back 😔
as a result i am also not an active member in a server either, though i have joined a handful (trembling coughing blood im sorry) . im afraid i do not have any reccomendations for you here, but i do hope you get to have meaningful conversations soon, all the same! good luck!

idk how you feel abt neuviwrio, but ik you drew shota wriothesley once and i feel like his character story kind of sets the stage for a perfect shota neuviwrio scenario. like how wrio was almost trafficked when he was small but he killed his parents to get out of that and neuvillette was naturally the judge for his trial
neuviwrio has really rubbed me the wrong way since day 1 and i dont know why. i really have to fight the impulse to decline it, but i can see where people are coming from with this pairing, and especially so with this plot structure. ill definitely try to open up to this possibility but it will take time 💔 im sorry u.u
