What do you guys usually do when you're feeling sleepy during class or while working?

Took after-class caffeine intake. (3 shots Nescafe on daily, 5 on exam-week with ½ water ratio).

Sleep. Aku liat-liat juga sih situasinya lagi seperti apa. Kalau nggak bisa tidur, minum yang bikin seger! Biasanya work di aku (dengerin lagu juga bisa)

Grab my notes (write down the topics) or! Thinking about what to eat after class— yumm!!!! That keeps me awake haha!

I think I might doze off a little bit and I would let myself be for a while. Then I'll make a coffee for myself and start playing some upbeat songs to whip my eyes open (literally). Sometimes I would distract myself with my kindle for a fair 20-30 mins.

Staying hydrated can help combat fatigue, so drinking a glass of water or splashing some on your face can help you feel more awake.

I don't think I can concentrate better even when I try so I'd just write something on my notebook while I try to tune in for the lesson again.

Talking nonsense to my friends. Aku bakalan bikin 10 episode vlog yang isinya review barang dimeja dia. ( kameranya invisible .. 😅 )

I find that taking just a quick moment to close my eyes and relax my head is often enough to clear away any sleepy impulses. Plus, I always make sure to have a little caffeine source on hand to give me that added spark when I need it.

Take a very quick power nap (or cat nap). It's a method where you plan yourself to sleep for 10-30 minutes. I usually take a 10 minutes power nap and it helps me to be more energized afterwards.

kalo pas kuliah dulu cara ampuh aku buat nahan ngantuk adalah dengan nyatat!!! nyatat materi, it works on me jadi ngga ngantuk. 😭 sekarang kalo ngantuk pas ada kerjaan biasanya aku... ga ngapa-ngapain ALIAS NGUAP TERUUUS UDAH.

hold on for a moment [menutup mata selama satu menit] iya satu menit, soalnya beneran aku itung...
