Both...neither... but if we take the act of him leaking that information, I think he's more on the side of a hero for doing that.

I'd stop short of hero because I don't really like throwing that word around, but he was doing important work exposing government lies...he committed the unforgivable sin of embarrassing the US government, and now an example is being made of him...using the Espionage Act against a journalist is ghoulish, and so is the fact that there other journalists at major outlets cheerleading this
