It's easy enough to "make" friendly with someone who will consider themselves a friend and behave like one, for some time... that's like a 7 or an 8 kinda easy. But it's much harder to have and keep long-standing friendships, that's more like a 3 kinda hard.

That’s harder, especially as you get older. I’m also kind of picky and have a hard time trusting.

I cannot make friends, they happen to me or not. But that doesn't rule out I put much effort into keeping them.

I don't know, I don't try to make friends. I stick with the ones I've known for 24+ years.
