Are all Linux distros actually GNU/Linux? (I don't think this is true, actually) ;)

probably not alpine linux or any of the similar minimalist distros that use busybox/musl/tcc etc

Nope, Alpine Linux isn't, everything is built using musl instead of glibc, busybox replaces coreutils, etc., so it's just Linux. There probably are other examples but I only know of Alpine…

Also note that you can do the opposite and go 100% GNU with Hurd, their own kernel.
