Do you have sensory issues?

if having limited eyesight on one eye counts, then yes. otherwise yes, sometimes

on my sick days the first things to happen are dizziness and lightheadedness especially in bright lights

My eyes have always been extra sensitive to sunlight. I have to wear sunglasses whenever I go out in the day, even in the car. I remember when I was a kid having to cup my fingers around my eyes like goggles whenever I was outside in the sun. I think I also have night blindness, I figure it's probably from retinal burn-in from all the sunlight.

maybe its the autism (maybe not since idk if i have it yet) but i do for loud places. like yeah i look like i can handle it for a moment but then shit happens and i cant anymore

Yeah, I do. Most notable one is that I have issues with things touching my neck in some ways

I’m easily overstimulated. Extremely distracted by background noise/sound (unless it’s white noise) when I’m trying to focus. Little things bother me— tags, rings, the weight of a piece of jewelry, a little seam on the inside of my shoe— these things don’t seem to reach my sensory threshold. It seems to be worse as I’ve gotten older.
