Name the country where the government made having a drinking pause every 4 hours in 40 degree centigrade climate on a construction site illegal for workers? Hint: it is NOT Saudi Arabia killing some Pakistani workers that way.

Liberals are like, "THEY VOTED RED." Which, there's a lot to unpack there. Especially considering the state is gerrymandered and suppressed to a fare-thee-well. And there just are not enough leftists in these states with the resources. I really don't know what to do anymore.
