Seafood is so diverse it's hard to say, but when I think of the category I think 6/10. There's a lot of fish that I kinda like but it's not a go-to for me. I like crab, lobster, squid, octopus depending on prep. Bivalves are an absolute no for me unless it's scallops

Yes I love seafood. I'd say a 10, but then that would make some other foods 11 or higher. My favorite seafoods are salmon and scallops. I also often get calamari salad from the sushi section at Publix, want that Omega 3.

I like some fish - as long as it's not fishy tasting! As for shellfish - yuck! All of it. Horrible horrible stuff.
