Leave them

We don't have spiders.

I leave them be. If one looked particularly nasty I might put it outside, or if I knew it was a really dangerous spider I might kill it. I don't even remember that happening, though.

I do greet them when I see them. Sometimes I hoover away their old nets though.

Use my flip flops on them.

If I run into them out of their webbed corners, they getting squashed.

Since I can't make them get a job, I generally leave them be, as long as its not one of those venomous enough to kill an elephant or whatever

Let them mind their own business, we don't have any medically significant spiders over here.
