I actually don't keep anything stored on my local laptop but I do keep a drive of drawings and artwork I find from my favorite fedi artists on a backup drive. One of my favorite artists when I first got on Fedi is Grayp and they ended up mass removing a ton of their drawings. I am sure it was to free up space but I really liked them so I started keeping copies of the drawings I like from now on. I've been looking at them recently to get an idea of how they drew them to begin with.

my folder is named "a" since one letter is all that matters. it contains the entirety of black rock shooter and bocchi the rock and some random forgotten files from the filesystem (they get discovered later as a surprise!)

The name of the folder is "Microwave" and it contains a file that will overheat and fry your computer when clicked, and itll spam your screen with images of household microwaves as well as the "Nobody can beat me when im super 17" sound effect

It's called ~. If you mark it as hidden on Windows, it will be completely invisible even if you enable hidden files in the explorer (unless you also force it to show protected system files), because a name starting with a tilde has a special meaning. On Linux you'll have to handle me with care (just like IRL), with cd '~'.

It contains a lot of lists, spreadsheets, databases, to handle a notebook stash, a pen stash, many unfulfilled dreams, unfinished projects, an overwhelming amount of chores to do, many ideas that will never come to fruition, and there are completely unreadable scripts in cursed programming languages to make RSS feeds out of this. And of course in the middle of this whole mess, there's a list of all the lists, which contains itself. There are also are a whole bunch of love letters addressed to you, but if you open any of them, something runs to take a picture of you from your camera just to record you blushing.

I'd name it something inconspicuous, like "Remilia's Stuff", then fill it with a combination of Touhou games, unfinished Doom/Quake maps, unfinished music, and ton of cute yuri pictures.
