When can embarrassing questions be fun~? To contrast, when are they not?

If they're lighthearted, like some questions in truth or dare. But if they're about something really personal or painful, then they're definitely not.

They might be fun if the questions aren't asked specifically to mock you or bully you, which is how I have gotten a majority of the embarrassing questions in my experience. And when they are asked by people you actually trust, and where you also trust every single of the listeners. You also need to have the right to skip a question or to say you don't know, because there are some questions where you genuinely cannot answer or some that might be linked to traumatizing experiences or things of that sort, without people being annoyed or angry at you.

I think it mainly depends on context and also the individual. Like something I may find embarrassing but answerable in one context may not fit in a different context, or be too embarassing for someone else.

generally they're fun when we're friends :3 and they aren't when the person asking has power over you

People can ask me anything they want generally. I personally draw the line when it comes to openly lewd questions.

well, when it actually depends on what you ask and how my mood is, if i am not in the best mood and your question embarrasses the heck out of me i will get a bit flustered and upset (will still answer it tho!!) otherwise, poke fun

Embarrassing questions can be fun, as long as they don't cross any boundaries. They're really not when you're being pressure to answer things that you don't want to

In my opinion, embarrassing questions are fun when they aren't that serious. They should make everyone involved laugh, not just the people asking the question. In contrast, they quickly become not fun when they're just used as an excuse to make fun of people.

ive not gotten any, but to me they should be fine as long as they respect boundaries / privacy :3
