sad alone

The first one. When I'm sad, I really need validation from others that my feelings are valid. And I really need other people as a place to tell. But I'm also the second one sometimes. Because I'm afraid that the negativity will spread to the people I'm sharing it with.

Well, I'll go with the second choice since I don't wanna be seen sad!

I prefer to be sad among others. Having the support of friends and loved ones during difficult times is important to me, because sharing my feelings and receiving comfort can help me feel less alone.

The sceond one. I actually prefer being alone in my own space, listen to songs I could relate, immerse myself in the emotions of it and come out feeling better.

I'd choose to be sad alone since I don't want to make others worried about myself.

From my deepest heart, I don't want people to interfere with my vulnerability. I don't want to be seen even found if I was on that state. Loud silence works better than anything.

To be sad alone. I can arrange my thoughts better in that way and actually be true to my feelings. If I’m amongst others, I might force myself to forget the sadness and be ‘happy’c which would result in me feeling even more sad at the end of the day.

Hello! Thank you so much for the great question that you asked. Frankly speaking, I have this tendency to be the latter kind of person. I think that everyone has their own problems and burdens that they have on their shoulder. Therefore, I prefer to keep myself in the dark for the time being instead of blurting out my feelings until I get better on my own eventually.
