What standards do you have for the perfect relationship?
saling mengerti
the definition of a perfect relationship is subjective, so for me, the standards to have the perfect relationship based on my definition is having the same values and communication methods—knowing how to discuss things and knowing what things that should and shouldn't be addressed because it means both parties will respect each other's boundary. also, commitment, honesty, trustworthiness, and acceptance are important, too!
Hmm, instead of forcing myself to find the perfect relationship that has it all—which is not possible since we are just human..
But i’d like to say, i will be so grateful if they’re being thoughtful i guess? When my partner could be my safest place to rant, also when they could give me some time or space for myself. Moreover, when they feel that something goes off between us and they courageously discuss about it. But anyways, this one does work for me in any kind of relationship! <3
For me, both parties need to have a will of understanding each other. Thats why its important to share what we expected from each other from the beginning of relationship. I think, its a must to letting them know what kind of person we are, the traits and personality we had, our likes and dislikes and by that, they will have a clear vision about what are they dealing with in the future. After knowing each others better, its important to discuss what we can do for each other so we can be compatible. Always spare a time to sit together to talk about the relationship itself, and remember that a feedback from our partner is important.
You know, in my book, a perfect relationship is all about sharing respect, trust, and keeping those lines of communication wide open. Oh, and having a similar sense of humor is definitely a plus! That's my honest answer. But you know, for a cute twist, a 'perfect' relationship could be where my partner is all about worshiping and being absolutely head over heels for me :p
For a relationship, I think both parties shall understand each other needs, what things that each other likes, what things that each other dislikes. I think it is one of the important aspect to make the relationship works. And in terms to have understanding and are in the same page, both parties shall have really good communication—know when to say, know when to not say. Communication is the key in all of kinds of relationship and if you fail to tick that box, that means you will also fail in a relationship. You have to communicate because no one has the ability to guess well. You cannot just put ideas in your head and expect people would know what you want—they will not.
