Can your ocs dance or do they "dance"?
Briar can dance very well. She's a former tango dancer, after all, so she knows her way with her legs. However, she's not an active dancer anymore but can probably do something nice. The choreography of her concerts are not that elaborate, since she's also singing while dancing so she can't go over the top like she used to do in the past.
Depends on the situation; Odd's actually pretty musically inclined, so if it's in a public or more formal space he can keep rhythm with his steps decently
If nobody's watching, though; the convulsions he can make that he calls "dance moves" when he really gets into some music have been described by Mauve as akin to a monster's idle animation in Silent Hill-//
Arryn: Can dance incredibly well, whether it be ballroom or at a nightclub at 2am she will match the vibe perfectly.
Avian: He "dances" when drunk. Arceus gave him narrow waist, cake and the will to shake. It's all in the hips.
Stahl may sway a little bit to the left or right at a wedding. And that's IF if you're lucky.
Can dance incredibly well:
Minnie -nobility it’s practically a requirement
Kalina - its her favorite hobby!
Libelle -tribal dances
Dizi-is a pop star
Can dance:
Summer-from mimicking her favorite idol Dizi
Briar- Kalina begged him to dance with her often.
Luther- probably learned.
Can “dance”:
Prof. Cedar- she’s a fucking nerd.
Talia- haha poor Audrey.
Lucia- yikes yikes yikes.
Estella "dances" but gets away with it because she looks hot while doing it tbh
If being part of high-class society has Elio anything, it's that dancing is one of those skills that must be mastered since your worth is partly judged by how well you can properly move your body. And given that he formerly followed the "Argentium Perfectionism" mentality, and part of his duty as an Argentium - especially as the eldest of the younger siblings, is attending soirée, socials, and the like to properly represent the family, the answer to this question would be a hard "yes".
Back when Elio had tutors, he and his siblings learned and thoroughly practiced basic dances common to high society. This skill was also one of the few necessities back when he attended T.U.A. since small parties and social gathering were frequent; though he and Renée were socialites at heart, they nonetheless had to do their damnest to solidify their position and maintain their dominance. Although, like with learning and speaking multiple languages - it was a something metaphorically beaten into him, he at least had fun doing it. Eventually, he learned other dances on his own and, while he has some level of proficiency in them, it was quite an enjoyable experience.
On an interesting note, Elio discovered that martial arts and dancing frequently intersected via the importance of footwork - which made the learning process in both areas much easier.
