Bubu the Mimikyu! After his childhood incident with Hyrdreigon, Cecil needed an answer to Dark/Dragon types and the part fairy Mimikyu made the most sense! Bubu got more rowdy the more Dragons they battled and nowadays if they see anything resembling one, its on sight.

Since he's a relatively new OC of mine he doesn't have too many developed friendships at the academy, but being a generally good shoulder to cry on or a ear to air frustrations to means he's a pretty decently liked guy in general if not really considered a good friend to anyone in particular

As for his mother? SUPREME Mommy issues between being abandoned by her after Marias death, having insane expectations of him and the training from hell he received when he was younger. The final straw was her complete absence while we was in hospital for a year recovering from him crash

I don't usually like making OCs extremely or absurdly talented at any one thing they haven't dedicated their entire life to. If I do theres usually a character flaw that's actually meaningful to compensate. For example, while June is technically the top ranked gym leader and a talented contest star, she is incredibly insufferable and routinely nerfs her own opportunities thru her own blind negligence and ignorance

Cecil doesnt really get crushes but for Blitzy, he started burying it super hard and when that failed he lowkey subconsciously tried selfsabotaging and convincing himself it'd never work anyways. After that it was basically puppy love until it they got together officially!

Alolan Marowak! Probably a necromancer themed boss, difficulty depends on how many Pokemon they've "fainted" during their lifetime, using them as spectral summons, with the 2nd phase being a straight up 1 v 1

He's definitely studied a LOT of the Ruins of Alph and Burned Tower in Johto! Other than that he's definitely been around most of the more lore filled places of each region (Pre Sc/Vi reboot and possible still now IDK yet, he was an Ex Team Plasma member who was around for a lot of the events of B/W in the BG)
