If your time is accruable I’d just wait to get more. I don’t think 33 hours is worth your time.

depends, like 33 hours to use until December? Hell yeah take them, don't give them time back, they wouldn't give it back to you! EXCEPT some states here are required to give it back - they have to pay out unused paid hours at the end of the year, then other states are use it or lose it and your hours reset no matter what, then you have places that let you roll over paid hours between years, if that's your situation then you've got no rush and take them when ya want 👍

If I were you I'd save it for a day or some time when you need it in case of feeling bad or for an occasion when you will feel extra happy.
