If possible, talk to the union rep to discuss your situation before the meeting as they're the one that will defend you against the company. Worst case scenario, if the company decides to illegally fire you, you can sue them and get a good amount of money.

It'll be a return to work meeting. Its their way to make sure your return to work is a smooth one, for example you may be put on light duties or have a phased return to work in order to make sure you don't go back on sick leave.
