They must be looong not too high, the boat has to ride them, not to fall down into the valley between waves.

Big waves are like dicks... they look great on camera but only a few people know how to ride them safely.

Large enough to tip over a small boat. =P

It's the way they/re appear/approach/formed. Interacting with my sense of sight/decay/rising.
