I'm really good at picking up body language. But if that doesn't count, then listening.

Definitely reading. I've found that my brain isn't very good at taking everything in when I listen to audiobooks, and I have to read along with them, which kind of defeats the purpose. I sometimes have subtitles on with English language movies for the same reason.

I don't know which one I'm better at but I prefer listening to books rather than reading them. However this requires that I focus more. This is the part where I sometimes have issues with.
